Since these campers are 30+ years old, Sometimes you need to replace or repair something. I'm putting together my list of known items just to keep track of them and provide others with a searchable page to find what they need.
(Please let me know if a link is not working.)
Leveling Jacks: There are 2 leveling jacks mounted to the back bumper. This should fit as a replacement. Atwood 82301 Stabilizer Jack.

Wheels/Rims: Sold by U-haul when in stock via their Ebay store. Note that the only difference between these and originals is that the originals have tiny bumps to hold baby moons and the newer replacements don't. Part 23516006 U-Haul Trailer Camper rim 4.5 x 13 5-4.75 Made by US Wheel.

Converter: I went with a Progressive Dynamics PD9245C and added a Blue Sea Systems 12 circuit fuse block with negative bus.
Just wondering if you use both part #'s AS-1488 and AS-937-A for the side windows? Also do you use the same for the front and rear windows?
ReplyDeleteYes I did, I did have my bodyshop guy install it when I had it painted. The front/back windows are clamp ring style so they don't use the same seal. The sides were designed with this seal so that the lockstrip could be pulled out and then the window pushed/kicked out for emergency exit.
DeleteWas able to locate the edge seal in White that seals the two halves together on the outside. Brickyardindustries on Ebay. Just thot you would like to kno .
ReplyDeleteDo you have any idea where to get a stove for a CT 13? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI replaced mine as the old one was rusted out very bad. I recall the original ones were also found in some vintage popups but I can't recall the manufacturer off the top of my head. I went with a Dometic SMEV PI8022 which required a little cutting to fit but not much. I like the newer one because it sinks down and gives flat space when not in use.
